Refund and Returns Policy
**General Returns Policy**
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the payment date.
**How to Initiate a Return**
– Submit a request for a return through our contact form.
– Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
– We will review your request and send instructions on how to proceed with the return.
**Refund Policy**
– **Full Refund**: If you are not satisfied with your TiviMate IPTV service for any reason, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
– **Partial Refund**: If you cancel your subscription after 7 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund as follows:
– From 7-14 days: 50% of the purchase price refunded.
– From 14-30 days: 25% of the purchase price refunded.
– After 30 days: No refund will be issued.
**Return Shipping Costs**
All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
**Exceptions to the Refund Policy**
Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:
– Returns made after the 7-day period.
– Returns for damaged or defective products due to customer misuse or abuse.
– Returns for products modified or altered in any way.
– Returns for products used for more than 30 days.
**Refund Process**
Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
