Terms and Conditions :
These conditions govern your TiviMate IPTV account, operated by TiviMate, Inc. and/or its affiliated entities, providing the means to activate and utilize your TiviMate IPTV product(s). Your TiviMate IPTV account grants you access to specific device features, functionalities, and the ability to stream content from various content providers. By establishing a TiviMate IPTV account, you explicitly agree to abide by these terms. Should you dissent from these terms, the creation of a TiviMate IPTV account is precluded.
By accepting these terms, you also agree to the following: (1) the resolution of any disputes through binding arbitration, thereby waiving the option for court proceedings; (2) the automatic updating of software on your TiviMate IPTV devices; and (3) the automatic renewal of your recurring subscriptions, with your account being consistently charged for those subscriptions until you opt for cancellation.
Specific features, functionalities, and content accessible via your TiviMate IPTV product(s) may be governed by additional terms, which will be provided to you when those services are offered. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove specific features, functionalities, or content from your TiviMate IPTV account or your TiviMate IPTV product(s) at any time.
**Creating a TiviMate Account**
To activate your TiviMate IPTV, it is essential to create a TiviMate account. This account is necessary not only for the activation of your TiviMate products but also for configuring the features and functionalities of your TiviMate device(s), accessing content, purchasing streaming content, and managing subscriptions. The following terms apply to all TiviMate products associated with your TiviMate account and to any individual within your household using your account and/or linked TiviMate products.
Upon creating an account, you affirm that (1) all necessary registration or other information provided by you is truthful and accurate, (2) you are at least 18 years of age (or of legal age/age of majority in your country to agree to these terms), and (3) your use of our products and services will not violate any applicable law or regulation or these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and overseeing the use of your TiviMate account. Immediate notification is necessary should you suspect any unauthorized use of your TiviMate account or unauthorized access to your password. TiviMate disclaims responsibility for any use of your TiviMate Account by an individual using your password.

**Streaming Content**
TiviMate IPTV is designed for personal, non-commercial use. Your TiviMate IPTV products are limited to use within the country where the device was originally sold (or as indicated on TiviMate’s website).
The streaming content and services provided by our content providers are subject to their distinct terms and policies, including privacy and data collection practices. These terms and policies apply when you access their content through your TiviMate IPTV products. Content providers are solely responsible for delivering the content and services, even if purchased through your TiviMate account.
We (or our content providers) reserve the right to update, add, or remove channels, content, and/or content providers, possibly without prior notice. We reserve the right to restrict (or remove) access to any content and/or channel on your TiviMate device if there are grounds to suspect that a device linked to your TiviMate account is not rightfully yours, has been compromised, hacked, or stolen, or if the content and/or channel lacks proper authorization or licensing in your country, violates applicable law, or has been improperly offered by a content provider. In certain circumstances, we may suspend (or terminate) your TiviMate account if we believe it is necessary to protect TiviMate, our content providers, or partners from unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for implementing content access controls on your TiviMate IPTV products to ensure that age-restricted content is not accessible to individuals not meeting the applicable age limits, as stipulated by law, regulation, or the content provider. Visit our support for instructions on enabling these settings and controls on your TiviMate IPTV device.
Streaming content on your TiviMate IPTV products requires an internet connection, and data charges may apply, depending on your data plan.
**Arbitration of Disputes**
Any disputes arising from or related to your TiviMate IPTV Subscription account, TiviMate product, or service will be addressed through arbitration, as outlined in these Dispute Resolution Terms, unless you have opted out or another exception applies. Both parties agree that all claims must be pursued individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
**General**
These terms establish an agreement between you and TiviMate, and no other individual has the authority to enforce these terms on your behalf. Your rights under these terms are non-transferable. If any court or relevant
authority finds any terms invalid or unenforceable, such terms will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining terms will remain effective. Our decision to delay or forgo enforcement of these terms does not waive our rights.
These terms are subject to modification by us at any time. If there are material changes, we will publish the revised terms on our website and may notify you through your TiviMate product or account. Continued use after changes take effect signifies acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the updated terms, you may be unable to continue using your product with your TiviMate account.
